If you don't want to watch, close your eyes and you won't see anything. But closing your ears is a different thing. There is sound everywhere. You can recognise animals at their sounds, Your classmates on their voices. Even objects have their own sound. Think about a train that passes by. Everything that makes sounds is called a soundsource.

Sounds are created when an object moves or vibrates. Look at the movie below. You see the the soundbox is vibrating. The vibrations are transferred by air to the candlelight. And the candlelight vibrates too.
